Lake Forest Ferrari hands down is the best Ferrari dealership in the lower 48. Exceptional staff, facilities and ownership. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, some high-end luxury/sports as well as collectibles, Lake Forest is top in its class, no question. Jordan Fisher was a 10 out of 10 to work with. Made the entire process and experience what it should have been and more. As a first time Ferrari buyer, I wanted to make sure the dealership relationship was on par with the quality of the car I was purchasing. After working through the process of the design configurator of a new F8 in Russo Fuocco, ordering process, tracking the build, to taking delivery was an exceptional experience in and of itself. It was such a great experience with Rick Mancuso and his entire team, the wife ordered a Roma in the 75th Anniversary Opaco Matt Red as well as making an impulse purchase on the spot of a 2022 812GTS in matching Russo Fuocco as my F8. Special shout out to Rick who delivered both Ferrari’s to my home, very professional, helpful and closed out the experience A++.

I live in Miami FL and had been looking for a Ferrari Portofino with the specifications that I really wanted for 3 months, searching the internet I found what I was looking for in Ferrari Lake Forest (chicago) I really just wanted to know more information about the car, only that.. because I didn't think of buying such an expensive car without seeing it person or do the transaction by email / wire transfer etc... I never saw it as an option... So I just sent an email asking for information... hours later I received an email from Jordan Fisher sent me the information I needed.. we exchanged phone numbers...we talked over the phone...Jordan was so professional, excellent customer service answered all questions, guided me and directed me exactly what I wanted... .. it gave me the feeling of what I was looking for and we ended up doing the documentation for my new ferrari, the transaction was fast in a single day, all the documentation, approval, wire transfers, everything was done... So due to it's a Pre-own, it had to be certified, inspected and detailed to send it to Miami... every time I called him or sent him a text he always answered me, we did a walk around the car on facetime - every day he sent me photos of the car and updates on what they were doing to the car...they sent me the car (enclosed trailer) and I received it last night 5/6/22...and the truth its that exceeded my expectations...the experience with Jordan was outstanding - excellent customer service and I truly recommend him. this experience A+++++++++

Jordan was excellent! What the Ferrari is to the driving experience, Lake Forest was able to create an equally exotic experience with the buying process. From the moment I engaged Jordan on the telephone I was dealing with astute business professional with the perfect balance of concierge, investment banker, brand enthusiast and dude. The man knows how to drive an emotional response from his client (pun intended) and the FLF showroom was a perfectly tuned venue for his performance. Attention to every detail in the facility it felt like a museum, all the way down to the high end paper towels in the bathroom with the embossed prancing pony on them, yeah I took a few extra for souvenirs. Jordan took us on a tour of the facility and was a wealth of knowledge on the cars and their history. Finally after absolutely no pressure there’s my car that I came to see. “I like it!” Jordan quickly retorted with “It’s a Ferrari, you better LOVE it!”. Well, I do love it. I also loved theLake Forrest buying experience as presented by Jordan. I felt as awesome buying the vehicle as I do sitting in it!
