Heim Barbecue on the River

Fast service, Its been years since I have been to a Sonic.. So many years the last thing we ordered was a brown bag special.Haha ( 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks for 6.99) which I'm sure doesnt exist anymore. I just dont remember them testing like this. I'm sure I'll give another chance in future.

I visited this evening for a quick bite with my son before heading home. I ordered via the app because I had a reward. However, the app kept rejecting my payment even though it was actually processing via my bank. Once I officially arrived I pushed the red button for assistance with the app issue. Corbin, from the corporate team came out and tried to troubleshoot with me. I showed him what was happening and how it was charging my card. Despite his best effort, it didn’t work. Corbin didn’t want me to wait any longer and manually placed and processed my order. Thank you for the top notch customer service and making sure my son and I were able to eat before continuing home.

As a new user of the food apps regarding primarily preordering and picking up I am realizing there are degrees of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency to which this new age way of doing business offers. That being said, this sonic (the only location I have used) is the gold standard for ease of use, and a system of delivery that works perfect for their infrastructure, and staff that was ready to integrate this pick up style of food service wonderfully. Places not setup like sonic should consider the idea that if you want clients to proceed with order so it is ready before they get there to pick it up, how net negative of an experience it is to have any delays on the restaurants part when they get there. Rush hour? Dedicated person to see orders to customers. Sonic keeps getting stronger in rhe fast food game

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was piled high with meat! So delish, also got the pinto beans thinking I was going to have to "doctor" them like I do at other places but they were good just as they came.

Our group sat outside, what a nice area. Lots of picnic tables, music playing. This was my first time and I enjoyed it very much.

Same great food, even better location!! The indoor/outdoor bar is awesome! Skip the line & order food while you enjoy a cocktail. And for those with kids, there's a small play area outside! Great atmosphere - and while I LOVE the Magnolia location too, parking is easier here, especially for those not-so-great weather days!

Burnt ends and more. All awesome. We will be back.

This place has really good barbecue and exceptional service. We were really surprised with the flavor. All of their meats were five stars definitely. I wasn’t really a fan of the coleslaw but that’s just my taste buds, I’m sure lots of other people love it. I will definitely be returning
