We just moved out after a year due to life changes. I would describe our experience as a bit of a rollercoaster with a definite rough patch in the middle (mostly due to maintenance team shortages when there were hiring signs on every shop you passed) but overall, we ended on a high note. Management changed halfway through our lease and I’m so glad. Molly and Kiersten were both really kind, responsive, and fair about any concerns or issues we took to them.
They definitely cared about our experience and their effort, along with the changes they’re making are making a positive difference.
Our actual apartment was really spacious and well laid out with lots of storage. It had great windows and natural lighting, incredible views (we already miss the views!!), and the location was really convenient!

The leasing office at Watercrest Apartments have the best people I have ever dealt with as a tenant. Always a pleasure to talk to them. Very responsive, very courteous with a human touch.
Alyssa who used to be the manager - was just wonderful, very kind, always happy to help. Andrea was not here for too long and I miss her already - always happy to see you and ready to answer any questions and offer assistance. Jolyn is the new manager and she has not missed a beat in terms of customer service. I have spoken to her a handful of times and it's obvious she is genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. I met Amber for the first time today - she seemed very nice and was happy to answer my questions. I wonder where they get these people from - the customer service is top notch.
I have not even spoken about the apartments! Very spacious (pictures are accurate) with nice appliances. My unit has a view of Lake Washington which is nice. Neighbors are respectful. Parking is generally okay but sometimes can be a pickle if you get home very late at night. You would get a spot but you might have to search - might be worth it to get a reserved spot.
Maintenance request put in this morning already done by afternoon (definition of prompt service). I got locked out of my apartment a few weeks back after work hours - found out they have 24/7 call lines which actually works - Mr Khos (the maintenance superhero) got me into my apartment with a smile.
I really like the apartment units here - I love the people more.
