  Our experience with Scott (mgr) at the Louisville KY location was excellent by way of communication, details, and customer service. He explained the contract in detail, and made very clear what fees were included.
  My issues are with our unit. It wasn't very clean (on move in day), the ceiling seemed to be falling apart (I'm guessing from the previous tenant), and the walls had a couple of holes in them.
  Extra space rates are very reasonable and they seem to have numerous locations.
  Since this is my first time using Extra Space Storage, my first impression rating is 4 stars.

  I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing this service. Scott was extremely professional from the beginning when signing on to rent the space, and helpful on the day of moving in. Reasonable rates, clean storage lockers.

  The employees are very considerate and caring. I was going through it and behind on my payments and they communicated with me, did everything they could to work with me so I wouldn't lose the things in my unit along with literally everything outside of my unit that I had lost already unrelated to Store Space. A good business cares about it's customers. They got that one!

  Easy to move in, just wish the unit had been swept out prior to our move into the unit. Love that we can rent online, pay the bill, and everything. Staff is also very friendly and professional. Highly recommend for your long-term or short-term storage needs.

  I had a pleasant experience with the Extra Space Storage. I owe that to Shannon whose patience, kindness, and being considerate made my day. It took us more than 30 minutes to submit my application over the phone. Shannon explained all details thoroughly and helped me feel comfortable with moving my belonging to their Storage. I was lucky to talk to Shannon and I did not realize how the time passed.
