Carol and America were employees there and extra nice. I called for an item they held onto it and helped me even though I was having a bad day. They actually made it better. The store was very clean and organized

I had a long string of issues with Big Lots starting in Grapevine to a horrible experience with the store manager at Irvine. But, Esteban went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and stopped the buck with him. I am so grateful. Huge appreciation and thanks to Esteban!

I went in the store it was very clean very organized except the employees were heading back return and would just leave the carts in the middle of the aisle which was aggravating. The cashier was very nice and very helpful. I got a heavy item and she even asked the other gentleman to go out and help get it in the car.

This is a convenient stop and very educational for someone without experience in the field. I recommend giving it s try.
