  Joanna was amazing!!! Very helpful and so sweet. Helped me with multiple requests trying to find the right bed. She was so happy and kind while i was trying to make up my mind. Everyone working on Halloween morning was so nice. I want to say thank you to everyone!!!

  Johnny assisted me with a recent purchase and I was amazed at his professionalism. He made sure me and my cousin picked the furniture we really wanted. He talked with us and had cheerful conversation. He was very friendly, offered assist when we were all over the place. Johnny made sure we were satisfied. I recommend BT Furnishings and Johnny to anyone. I cannot give Johnny enough recommendation and praise. He is awesome!

  Excellent service inside the store from an employee that said he just started working there, Johnny. We were given 2 dates for when they could deliver our furniture. We asked if it could be delivered before a certain time so that I could pick up the kids from school. Furniture was delivered within 2 days within the time frame requested. Received a text and a phone call from Ed when the delivery truck was on the way. Really good communication and fast delivery. Our sofa and loveseat were floor models and in perfect condition.
