(November 28, 2018, 2:49 pm)I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Security Self-Storage location off of Hulen. Mr. Bob has been so kind and helpful throughout the renting process, and whenever I have a question he’s happy to answer.
Once I accidentally left the door to my unit unlatched (because I wasn’t too sure how to secure it properly), and he went out of his way to make sure it was secured shut until I could come back. When I came back by, he showed me how to lock it the right way.
Overall, excellent customer service, the location is convenient, clean and is true-to-its-name-secure. If you need reliable, safe storage with a helpful staff, definitely visit SSS off of Hulen!! -

They helped me select the perfect size space, were super great with directions to find the place and even found me a discount for the initial month! The space, buildings and grounds are immaculate! There’s even a light in the ceiling of the unit! Betty, Bob and Michael are the best! They made a perfectly horrible time in my life a whole lot easier.
