    Dr. Guinn and his staff are the most caring, concerned, and protective people I have EVER had work to make me better. THEY CARE! IMMENSELY!!! I cannot stress that enough. I've had vascular disease in my legs for over 2 years, and they have worked tirelessly to help me. I cannot say enough about good about these people. When things were really bad, they were there for me even more. They will not quit until they know you are ok.

    I just had my first appointment with Dr. Joseph E. Guinn. His staff was wonderful! Very polite, considerate and knowledgeable! Dr. Guinn was awesome! He explained the procedure I'm to have in detail and asked if I had any questions! I felt very comfortable with him & his staff!
