Jiffy Lube

I had a flat tire yesterday. Took it to jiffy lube to see if it could be fixed. The technician quickly took a look at my flat tire. He said it couldn’t be fixed but he was able to plug the flat, put the tire back on my car, and air it up all for free! Truly appreciate jiffy lube quick kind service!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. My husband got a quote on some work and they beat everyone around in price, they also did state inspection. Lily is a young lady about 8 months pregnant that works up there and she has a wonderful personality, great customer service, hard working and that is really hard to come by! I ran over an object in the road and broke loose the protective covering for the engine under my car. They put my car on the lift and replaced the clips and did not charge me. They were so friendly and helpful and I would go there again, this time to get my oil and lube done. I highly recommend them!

I went in for a state vehicle inspection. Initially, I was a little put off by the overwhelming smell of smoke inside a posted nonsmoking facility. My technician however was quick, ran appropriate tests for the inspection, and thoroughly inspected my car. She provided recommendations for services that needed attention. I thanked her and informed her I already had plans to address the items she recommended. Overall was a good service and quick and a good value when using the coupon.
