Avis Car Rental

I was originally upset because i was not informed my drop off time changed from my reservation time since i picked up a little early. Thankfully they provided great customer service and resolved the issue. BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DROP OFF TIME, they will charge you 3/4 of your rental rate for anything past 29 minutes.

Overall this is a good location for Avis and budget. The customer service is usually very good here and the vehicles are reasonably clean and in good mechanical order. I have never had an issue renting from this location. I noticed that Avis started tagging the vehicles on the inside with a sticker that says they disinfected the vehicle with EPA certified chemicals because of covid-19. That means a lot to me as a customer that the company is watching out for us during the pandemic.

Great customer service and experience! Avis always has the best price and I reserve online to get the best offer. This location has the best customer service of any office I have been to globally. Extremely knowledgeable and capable staff. Excellent telephone support and well stocked inventory.
