Fossil Creek Family Medical Center

I love this place! The staff is always nice and very helpful. I see Robin and absolutely love her! She always listens to my thoughts and then puts that together with her knowledge to come up with a solution. So grateful to have found this place!

Great staff and the Simonak family are amazing people. I started with David and now use Ryan. I will continue to use this family practice as long as I live in Fort Worth. Thanks and keep up the amazing work!

Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are fine. It’s almost a “one stop shopping” medical facility where there aren’t a tremendous amount of referrals going out to specialists unless a severe medical problem is discovered. Blood tests are done on site as well as Pap smears.
The front desk seems to have low morale. Not sure if this is the fault of the business or if it’s a character flaw in the individuals. They are less than friendly.
But the worst is the redundant paperwork they require. It’s incredible. I’ve never been to a medical facility that “required” the same paperwork over and over and over. My doctor’s office requires my current insurance card and ID at the beginning of every year. That’s it.
But not FCMC.
Which raises some questions: What do they do with this incredible amount of paperwork they demand? Is it stored in a secure, 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse deep in the bowels of Cheyenne Mountain? How long do they hold on to the paperwork? If they do destroy all of this paperwork, is It destroyed securely or just tossed in the dumpster?

Fantastic staff who is super friendly and extremely kind. They all go above and beyond for their patients. Great experience each time I go. Dr. Ryan Simonak is an excellent physician who listens to his patients and takes his time with you. 5 more stars.
