I don't know where they picked up the P.A. Justine, but you need to make sure you KEEP HER! She is knowledgeable and takes all the time in the world to explain every thing....7 STARS!!
I have been seeing Dr. Patel since Feb 2009. Finding a doctor was one of the first things I did when we moved to Fort Worth. Since that day Dr. Patel and Liz have been with us through all the bad and good dramatic changes in our lives over the last 8 years. I would suggest Western Center Family Medicine if you are interested in a good, caring group, who takes their time and makes sure you get the best treatment possible. They score a 5/5 with our family.
The only reason I'm marking this as very good and not excellent is because of the long wait times to get called in to see the doctor. I always have to wait at least 45 minutes when I visit.
These long wait times tend to be due to the fact that they accept same-day appointments and even walk-ins though. The office is also open every Saturday morning, which is very helpful for people who work Monday-Friday 9:00 to 5:00.
I keep going back though, even though I have to wait for forever, because Dr. Patel is amazing. He takes the time to listen to me. He is extremely patient, and doesn't ever make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. He truly seems to care about his patients. He even called after hours to verify an x-ray with me when I thought my foot might be broken because I slipped and fell.
I have had lots of trouble in the past with feeling rushed and like I wasn't fully listened to by other doctors. Sometimes I ask what may seem like "silly" questions, because I tend to over think things. Dr. Patel has never made me feel rushed or stupid because of this like how other doctors have in the past. He's really a wonderful physician.
