Guitar Center

I was looking to try out an electric guitar as I am a piano person. The employees answered all my questions. They were also really friendly & respectful and didn't make me feel like I was a noob which I am. I have made a choice on what to buy because of them.

Guitar Center is awesome, and this location is fantastic! They pretty much have everything that you would be looking for as a musician. They have starter instruments all the way to professional level stuff. This store is worth checking out!

I ordered a bass online and it came chipped! So I returned it in store and they ordered another one for me. Super easy. Or so I thought… the second one came chipped as well! (Not guitar center’s fault at all, we theorized there was a manufacturing issue) I brought the second one back and found something different. The guys were super nice and helpful and I always enjoy chatting about guitars.

Great location. Employees are much more helpful and friendly than some of the other area locations.

I drove an hour to pick up some supplies here, as no one else in the Fort Worth area had what I needed in stock. The staff was all very friendly and patient even though I arrived near closing time. I enjoyed working with Trey, as he was very kind and courteous. I’d definitely recommend this location! It was worth the drive.
