  I had a great experience here, at least as much as you can have with a wireless provider. Took over 2 lines off an account and it was an act of Congress to get it done. Not by an fault of the reps in the store. Just the red tape and bureaucracy of the wireless carrier overall. Yet I can't even fault they too much because at least they were keeping numbers safe from being easily transferred out. Anyway I worked with a gentleman name Rod, I told him what I was here to do and he jumped right on it. He had to call customer service to do it which he took care of everything he was able to on his side. I took it a while to get it done but Rod never showed that he was frustrated or upset at the situation. He was friendly and attentive the entire time. I highly recommend going to see him if you need anything done through TMobile. Now one thing I will note is this is not a corporate store, it's a 3rd party story but I was extremely happy with the service I got here. Not once did he try to push sales down my throat or anything, when I told him I was not interested in something he never asked again. I will be returning to this location in the future if I need anything else. Great job Rod!

  They are great at this location. It is kind of a hidden location, but oddly visible if you know where to look. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
  
  Today was a bit of an issue, but it wasn’t entirely their fault. In switching my friend’s old Sprint SIM card, they neglected to mention that it might totally factory reset and wipe her phone. It did. She backed up about a month ago and lots of things are lost. In fairness, the man helping didn’t know about this issue. This is the first time we’ve had any issues and they stayed late to help us. They are very sweet. Maybe just some corporate communication on this and other big issues.
  
  Really, they are generally very competent here and the customer service is excellent.

  The guys at DFW Action Water Sports are great people to work with. I traded an old boat (05') to get into something newer (15'), Lee and Jacob took their time with the process, never felt any pressure from them. I am pretty new to the boating world but never felt like I was in over my head when dealing with these guys. Super confident and happy with my purchase, boat is running great! Also, I did and will continue to have my boat serviced with DFW, very fair pricing and super quality work. BIG shout out to LEE!

  Lee and the boys at action just took over the Centurion contract. They have MB and Centurion now which are two of the best brands out there. I just purchased a centurion from them and was treated extremely well from start to finish. This is THE boat dealer in the DFW area I’ll always look to for sales, service, and accessories! I’ve never purchased “new” before and I couldn’t be happier with the transaction! Thanks for everything!

  These guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They shipped the boat to Washington DC and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. The boat was as described and the closing went without any hidden surprises. In fact the transaction went so smoothly I talked to them about buying my next boat with them. Doing a long distance deal can be stressful but with DFW inboards you can relax. You won’t work with a more honest group.
