TMJ Diagnostics (Jeffrey S McCarty DDS)

I used to wake up with terrible pain in the back of my head and neck from grinding my teeth. I had migraine type headaches 17 or 18 times a month. Now I might have 4 a month. Dr McCarty helped me so much and I highly recommend him.

Dr. McCarty has a wonderful bedside manner! He took his time evaluating my case and my unique medical needs. Dr. McCarty was upfront with me on treatment options, taking the time to explain all my options.

Really impressed by my first visit. Dr. McCarty is the best! His assistant thinks so too--she told me she has worked for him for 30yrs because he is so kind and patient-focused. I have never had a doctor spend over an hour with me. He listened, took a ton of notes, and provided clear explanations of his methods. Like an investigator, he uses different tests to help identify the cause of TMJ pain. After a thorough scan and testing of my muscles, the team reviewed them in detail with me so that I could really understand things. He gave me a trigger point injection on the spot to help soothe my migraines in the short term. I didn't hesitate to sign up for the treatment--which was delivered without pressure. I recommend this office highly. If they don't answer the phone immediately or if you have to wait in the lobby for a bit, trust me it's worth it. It means they are busy focusing on the things that matter.

Dr. McCarty is extremely helpful and will do what it takes to get you to the place of least discomfort. The entire TMJ Diagnostics Team is so friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. McCarty is an amazing TMJ specialist. So much technology and experience, I was blown away by how much this man knows and more importantly, how much he listens and cares. HIGHLY recommended!! Don't waste your money going anywhere else. This place is the real deal. Helped me get over headaches associated with TMJ I had for months... so thankful I found him!!!
