(January 8, 2021, 9:55 pm)Mark B. came out and performed our yearly tune up on our system since we are club members. The next day, I noticed our house wasn’t heating. I called them and Mark came within the hour on a Friday night. He found the issue and fixed it. Didn’t charge us a service fee as well.
Mark is honest and seems like a really good guy. He is truly an asset to Comfort Experts. I’ll always request him whenever we need service. Thanks Mark!
