super grateful I found a team of wonderful people. This morning we were afraid of losing our sweet pup but we were able to get her checked and get her everything she needed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our sweet girl was okay and I’m truly grateful for everyone that assisted us during our visit.

This place is phenomenal! You never know what to expect when your pet has an emergency and you have to take them to the hospital. VEG was warm, welcoming and invited us to stay and visit as often as possible to check on our pup. I was kept up to date on my pup's progress and encouraged to visit and bring a toy so he would have a familiar scent, they even have snacks and coffee available for you if you want to stay and hang out with your dog. They worked a miracle and brought my baby from being on his deathbed back to life, they gave a real diagnosis that there was a possibility that he could suddenly pass after leaving or live 6-12 months longer. Unfortunately, my pup passed a week later, I am full of gratitude that you gave me an additional week with Duece, he was an amazing dog and you treated him as your own during his time of need. That's something I will forever be grateful for!

We love VEG so much. Amanda is the absolute best there, a true kind and caring soul. Her compassion and gentle spirit made her a favorite with our very ill pup. The whole staff was great but she went above and beyond. VEG is blessed to have her and our dog was blessed to have met her, even though it was through unfortunate circumstances. Thank you Amanda. You are doing meaningful work and doing an amazing job!

My dog got xylitol poisoning. Within minutes of entering VEG with her, the techs were treating her. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and calm. The Dr worked hard making a plan that led my dog to recover. The front staff member was kind and helpful with my children that I had with me. The facility was clean and they allowed us to stay with our dog the whole time she was being treated. I'm so grateful this is where we went for our emergency; their efforts helped save my dog's life!

We found our beautiful, loving female French mastiff in horrible pain upon Arriving home from work one evening. She was obviously in excruciating pain and had a huge mass bulging from her stomach. I immediately called our vet, Trinity vet medical ctr and since it was after hours they referred me to veterinary emergency group. I called them and advised us to bring our girl to them immediately. Upon arrival they took immediate action running tests and determined she had a twisted stomach which could lead to death pretty quickly. Dr. Gonzalez throughly explained the surgery procedure needed along with the pros and cons. Dr. Called us as soon as surgery was over and gave us an update that she believed our girl was going to pull through. We received several text updates throughout the recovery. When we arrived to take her home the staff explained medications, limitations, feeding etc throughly and gave us time to ask any and all questions. I am happy to report a week after bringing her home our Annie Mae is doing great and we are blessed to have had VEG to be there for us and for saving her life! We cannot be more greatful and I would proudly (and already have) recommend VEG to anyone needing help in an emergency situation. Their quick action and having the knowledge and training required saved our beloved pet! Thank you!
