  Went in because i dropped my phone and broke the screen this morning, and i was tired of my "Brand-X Carrier" too! Damen was kind enough to hook me up with the best and lowest price service tailored just for my needs. He got me a dynamite phone with great audio for my Amazon Music Unlimited which is a must have for my car. I'm 55+ and a retired Navy CPO and I asked him if he would help me save my DATA from my old phone to the new one. He took the time to write down detailed instructions so I could do it myself, and it worked like a champ! Damen my brother, you get "10 STARS" because you got it going on with taking care folks! "Great Job!!"

  Update: after submitting this review I read the other reviews and found the email for the Territory Manager. I sent an email immediately detailing my experience and concerns. Jonathan responded within a few minutes (it's almost 9 pm. and the stores are all closed) and within a few minutes said he would correct all of these issues and ensure that the situation at the store would be addressed. I just received a text message that my account has been credited and, more importantly, that my friend got the referral. That's the type of customer service I like. I'm happy now.
  
  Was told that I didnt have to wait for my friend to refer me for her to get credit, that I could do that online after I made the purchase. Was told I would get two months' of insurance for free, then pay for it myself after two months at $15 per month. Was told that I would get a $150 credit for my old phone, then it was $17. When I complained, they offered a $100 credit to my bill. The transfer didnt work and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service the following day to get my service transferred. None of the things I was told were true. I have to go in tomorrow to get the credits and to take care of the referral because customer service on the phone cannot assist me. I dealt with Daniel and Carmen. They give you information that is not true just to make a sale.
