I dropped in here for a week while on business travel in the Ft. Worth area. The coaches were attentive, knowledgeable and gave great coaching cues and the atmosphere was very welcoming from the coaches to the community! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
If you like working out in an oven in the middle of a scorching Texas summer, surrounded by like-minded, highly motivated, very fit individuals, then this may be your next home away from home. Ben is an excellent coach, highly recommend this experience.
