Pet Supplies Plus

I really like Pet Supplies Plus in Saginaw. Most of the time the items I am looking for for my cats are in stock. Some of the cat food this time wasn't, but it wasn't an emergency so it was all right. Associates are always professional and knowledgeable. Checkout is quick and parking in front of the store is convenient.

Very clean and Covid aware. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Pets are welcome. We joined their email list and get great coupons. Our dog loves their pet treats and antlers. Have become our go to place for pet supplies.

Always very friendly and fast service, carrying a wide variety of healthy foods and snacks as well as so many other accessories. I think they're priced reasonably. They also have a convenient location next to the grocery store.

Went inside looking for salt water solution and found more than I expected. I have 2 hermit crabs and have had issues finding supplies. I have looked at both petco and pet smart with minimal luck. I was also pleasantly surprised they had a baby crab. We haven't been able to find any anywhere. So today we purchased a new family member for our crab tank. Loved this store and the staff were super nice and helpful. Very clean place. Great location, will definitely be back.

I loved this store! We came to this store looking for additional reptile supplies that we were not able to find at another store in the area. We were greeted when entering the store and then had not one but two people ask us if we needed any assistance. The other store we were at we couldn't find anyone to help and had to walk up to the cashier to have them call someone to our section, which we had to wait quite some time for someone to show up.Thank you so much Philip for the amazing customer service and help with the tank. We will definitely be coming back for more! Good luck with the albino!
