Hooks Lincoln

Doing business with Robert Smith and Hooks Lincoln was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I have owned just about every type of Luxury vehicle but this dealership tops all the dealerships I’ve worked with! Their one point of contact philosophy was too easy! No going back and forth with the sales manager, credit manager, etc. I worked with Robert through the whole process. Love their transparency philosophy! Until this purchase had never heard of Hooks but will certainly share with all of my friends. Hooks…you ROCK!!

Jeff Payne was very helpful when we came to Hooks Lincoln. He wasn’t pushy, but very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. He worked with us & stayed in touch while we were out of town. Upon returning he contacted us and we met that morning to purchase our 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. We appreciate his kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy attitude working with us. Couldn’t have been any better experience.
