Reasonably priced for what you get. Street Wise staff, 24 hr. security, no B.S. zero tolerance policies. Very friendly staff that are on their jobs. Plus access to coin laundry machines.

Staff is very friendly with fast service! Kish is a helpful and kind person. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. It is a safe peaceful and bright piece of Ft Worth history and if you give it a try you will be impressed. You would never think, being in the busy area that it is in that you would find a peacful oasis like this.

Just asking by my bus stop was here. Stayed here previously and it's 5star for a lancaster motel. Clean rooms nice owners but it's considered a "underground" motel.

Always clean, very good service. The price is better than any local motel. I've tried them all. Laundry room. Ice machine. More secure and safe than any local motel in Ft. Worth. Office person on duty 24hrs a day.. Snacks in office etc.. Bus stop right outside the door..
