We had purchased our faucets there years ago The staff were friendly and helpful. While the parts we wanted weren't in stock they were able to research their suppliers catalogs and ordered them for us quickly and efficiently.
(October 18, 2017, 1:36 pm)I had a malfunctioning part on my Baldwin door handle. I spoke to Lenny about new handles and he offered to order a replacement part for free! He could have sold a new door handle to me, but was honest instead. Lenny's honesty is very much appreciated and I will be coming back to Pierce Fine Hardware as long as I am in Fort Worth. Thanks again!
