(July 26, 2020, 7:42 am)We rented a storage space for our RV and attempted to move it in after hours; unfortunately the space was too small so we came back the next day and met again with Joan who helped us the first time and were able to upgrade immediately to a bigger spot that was an appropriate size. We’re appreciative to Joan and the rest of the staff for being so understanding and helpful
