  Can't say enough great things about this place. The entire staff was kind and comforting. Dr was thorough, took her time answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Just a great experience. They are a bit of a drive for me but worth it many times over. Excited we finally have a vet to call our own.

  Love these people. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is great. They put up with me changing my appointment for my cat when I i am not able to sneak up on her to transport.

  We have been with Bridge Street for 10 years and Dr Norris & staff are excellent. They treat our dogs like family and are friendly and professional. They have been with us during some difficult times and it has meant so much to us. Our first rescue was being treated by Dr Norris - the care and clinic was top notch, so we never left. Thanks guys!

  The nicest vet clinic I have been too. The staff is fabulous from the bubbly, sweet receptionist, to the experienced, kind vet tech, to the passionate and knowledgeable doctor himself. They treated my rescue cat, Peppa, who ended up having a skin infection, quickly and gently. I felt relieved seeing my cat was at ease and being handled with care. I expected such a nice looking place (inside and out), with wonderful reviews, would be pretty pricey. But it was not. Very reasonable, I think. I am so glad to have found this vet, because not only do I like the staff, it is much closer to where I moved. I will be switching all 5 of my pets here.

  I've been taking my animals to Dr. Norris for almost 18 years and won't go anywhere else. His kindness to the animals as well as their owners is outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly and professional as well.
