“You need appointment yes, you wouldn't be worked without it. Check in on time they would not take you 5mins early yes that's 5mins early no no. On Mondays and Fridays they are very busy. They are not 24/7, only for certain customer, it's usually till 10p.m. plan accordingly. There's loves near by 3 miles south but limited parking and fills up quick. There's also a local stop but they charge $15 and 2 hrs free it's 5 miles north. You want to take the south freeway otherwise on 35w there's not a exit for them. Check in at door 16 there's 2 building, A and B, the shipper/receiver is at B. The lady was nice it's just that she communicate differently from your typical person. Be patient with her she is lovely smile at her even if she doesn't smile back. Once you get door it's like 45mins to 1 hr. Back at your door slide tandem, place load locks bars on the floor, place paper work at the back and they don't break seals or look at your seal. Go back to office again for your paperwork to be signed”

“When your walking with the Lord, the Holy Spirit never guides us wrong. I met Mrs. Lorraine over the phone; at the time she was selling whole life insurance and gave me a courtesy call if I was happy with my policy or if I wanted to change anything; since I was driving ( hands free) I asked her to give me a call the following Monday at 10 am which I never do with anyone who wants me to up my insurance ( which I did) or is in telemarketing, but little that I know this was God the Fathers plan for me & my family. Her husband was call to Pastor a church (Divine Connection Ministry) which God supernaturally had a divine connection for me and my family. The Lord lead us to “Divine Connection Ministry” and we have been members going on a year. It has been awesome!! Psalms 92:13 tells us: “Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God” I can truly say God has sent us a Pastor after his own heart!! Jeremiah 3:15 tells us “And I will give you leaders after my own heart, who will guide you with wisdom and understanding”. My husband and I love our Pastor & First Lady, plus our church family! We will be celebrating our first year Anniversary on July 31, 2022. If you don’t have a home church; I like to invite you to come join us and celebrate with us, but most of all come expecting a word in due season from our Heavenly Father. To God be the Glory!”

“It’s not the best neighborhood (what neighborhood doesn’t have issues 🤷🏽♀️), but it’s affordable. I have been here since 2019 and I have personally never had any issues. My maintenance requests, emails and phone calls with other issues, all get answered. I pay my rent, keep my apartment clean, stay to myself and mind the business that pays me, participate in the many events that the complex now holds with the current management and have no issues. The current management and office staff is definitely better than the last. They have began offering tutoring, financial classes, events with rent and other perks. Respect yourself and your neighbors privacy and peace, keep in touch with the office staff when you have issues from maintenance request to payments and questions about policies, be kind and courteous and you won’t have any issues living here. Gun shots go off no matter what neighborhood you live in. ITS TEXAS. I left 4 stars because I won’t judge the apartments off the neighborhood, I chose to move here knowing the neighborhood, so how can I expect any different. My review is for my apartment and experience with the office staff and management. The only issue I do have is since 2019, I have only been able to use the pool twice, it’s always closed for repairs or some issue. A sparkling pool is advertised, it would be nice to be able to use it all summer. 😊”
