It feels like they just do not understand what I'm asking and they end up just doing what they want. I tried this place for the 1st time. The barber/stylist April did exactly what I needed. The priests are wonderful--welcoming, friendly, and were there to offer support, encouragement, and kindness to my family and I while we were just visitors.
