“I’ve been a patient of Texas orthopedics for over eight years and Dr. Suttle’s patient for the last several years. Dr. Suttle and her staff have been nothing but professional at any and all times. I have never in my eight years experience, had any issues with any of the staff including clerical, receptionist, appointment takers not anyone on the entire staff. I can’t imagine any client ever having an issue with this staff. In my opinion, if a patient had an issue over the phone with a staff member I would believe that the patient was just having a bad day.”
