First time we purchased a maple tree/no issues and I am happy to report the tree is thriving! This time we purchased 3 maple trees and unfortunately, all 3 trees were damaged during delivery/planting. We contacted the Tree Place with our concerns and Matt assisted us. Matt provided exceptional customer service; he heard our concerns, not only did he ensure all 3 trees were replaced, but he also effectively expedited the process. They communicate any concerns they may recognize, and celebrate wins in our childs life. Our 2 year old recently started care At Lil Raskals and there has not been a single day of separation anxiety, and every evening I pick her up, she tells me she can't wait to go back the next day. The facility puts cleanliness and safety a top priority and it shows. The children are challenged academically and will excel once they move into an elementary school setting. I would recommend Lil Raskals to anyone looking for quality childcare.”
