“We have been bringing our pets to Springfield Veterinary Center since it was founded probably around the year 2000. Our pets have thrived under the care of Dr. Chris Scotti. I took Leah, our boxer-hound mix, for her vaccinations today and wow did they have their coronavirus protocols firmly established! You pull into a parking spot and place your dog in an outside "run" at the appointed time. A staff member speaks with you briefly about the expectations of the visit (both you and she/he are wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing) and you return to your car. The doctor calls you after the exam is completed, then your dog is returned to the run. You pick up your dog, call the front desk to pay the bill, and then leave. This is a solution which I think works well for the coronavirus long run and shows care and concern for you and their staff. Nonetheless, I do miss meeting Dr. Scotti in person but I understand the reason behind this approach. Springfield Veterinary Center, thanks so much for the care you have provided to our furry family members going into our third decade with you!”

“First of all, the gentleman that came to quote our office was very thorough, friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail. Then he came back during our first treatment and introduced the gentleman that would be here every month to treat. The technician was extremely friendly and found a red wasp nest we didn't even know we had and started to take care of it. Both of these guys were extremely nice, explained in detail what they were doing, and you knew they were going to make sure to take care of us whatever treatment was needed. I really appreciate such nice guys coming out! It's nice to do business with people that care about you.”

“Dr.Weber is truly an expert in diagnosing injury and anything that's out of order in the body. I was amazed how accurate his diagnosis was even when I didn't completely mention the areas where I had pain and stiffness. Dr.Weber was literally listening to my bones/muscles which was able to communicate the issues more effectively than my words. I haven't yet begun the treatment session yet which is scheduled the next day after the X-ray/imaging. However I now feel confident that my pain will be treated sooner and looking forward to it. Just like everyone, I was confused on deciding which Chiropractor to go for as there were quite a few in my neighborhood. I think I got somehow lucky choosing HealthSource-Kirkland and Dr. Weber as my first Chiropractor and now I know whom to look for when my bio-mechanism puts me in trouble. I went for Back/Hip pain and a wrist tendonitis (DeQuervains) problem.”
