“Ok, there is a nice park here it's just on the corner of River Hill Ln and River Garden Dr. There is also a quiet lengthy bike path along West Fork Trinity River. Following this path eventually leads to some hidden falls on the east side of the river. I have some nice memories from when I lived here 10 years ago.”

“I have been living here for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love my apartment and the complex as a whole. The process does take quite some time to be approved and move in, but the staff is very open and up front about all of this when you express interest. Daniel was working on my application and I absolutely love him. He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and THOROUGH. I was very anxious and sent him emails almost daily, but he was very patient and kind. He will not waste your time and let you know up front if you qualify or not. I have a 1bd/1ba and it is very spacious. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and I have yet to have any issues with anything. Absolutely no pests, no mold, no smells, etc. I am very satisfied, especially with it being my first apartment. The area is super nice and quiet and so close to everything literally you can shop and eat right up the street, there’s so many choices! I am completely satisfied and excited to be a resident. I will update later if anything comes up.”

I needed a part that I had been looking for on my own and was having a difficult time. They found it right away. Even gave me a few tips to help until the part came in. I brought the car back so they could install the part. They even helped me out by installing a blade I had purchased. They ROCK!!! I will definitely be returning!!!”

“Would like to know where this Dr. Went! He did an amazing job on my fiances back a few years ago... about 2 years ago he was in a horrible Big truck accident and hurt his back again. All the worker's comp drs are a JOKE and just tell him to live with the pain. We called Dr. Henry's office at Texas Spine and the receptionist said he's no longer with them... and she's new... so she has no idea what is going on.”

“I love getting my hair silk pressed. My hair is very thick and curly and the end result is astonishing. My hair comes out looking in feeling like silk. My hairdresser was also amazing. She answered all my questions and we talk about what improvements I could do with my hair. The atmosphere here is very friendly. I'm usually an awkward person but I felt welcomed and comfortable here. Anyways, I highly recommend.”
