“Craftibly is a family owned diamond painting (and more) company based in Fort Worth, Texas. They have an online store as well. They were having an amazing sale so I splurged and got a TON of stuff! (see below) I was driving through Fort Worth during spring break so I asked about local pickup to save on shipping and Amy was super nice about it, saying that local pickup is actually an option they regularly offer. She even helped me get an item that I wanted that was listed as out of stock on the website! When I arrived at the location for pickup, Michael was just as nice as Amy had been. My haul.... *a "starter kit" (I am so not a starter, but couldn't resist) containing about 9 pens with single tip on one end and a variety of different sized tips on the other, a palette of wax, 5 small green trays, 1 small white tray with spout, baggies, a blue tray and penholder, stickers, a grouping of small plastic bins, all neatly held in a large plastic storage back (think pencil holder). *6 large white trays with removeable dam *and a hard plastic tube to protect my WIPs when I take them places with me. (this color was out of stock online but Amy knew they had one left and held it for me- she was able to give me a direct invoice for my entire purchase so I could get the teal one)”

“The receptionist ladies were very kind w/great customer service, they explained everything I needed to know. The nurse practitioner was also very kind, I felt her genuine presence right away. She treated my 2 year old as her own. She took her time to listen & to check her. Overall I had a really great experience there especially for being all stressed out because it was the night before thanksgiving day. I had so much cooking that needed to get done but my daughter’s health came first & thankfully see was able to be seen the night of. So I’ll definitely be coming here for now on when needed to. “I rarely give a review unless I find something above expectations. After waiting a week to try and pass a kidney stone I was referred to Dr Shah. His office was able to give me an appointment the next day. At the appointment I explained that my mother was in hospice and I needed to go to her ASAP. This kind physician and his surgery scheduler (Rhonda) pulled so many strings to get me into surgery the next morning (at 6:00 am). Dr Shah and his staff were so caring and professional I knew I was in good hands. Needless to say there are not enough words to properly thank him.”

I don't know if it was because Kyle, the manager is also a Marine like me, if Larry is the best salesman in the world or if everyone that works at McClain's are simply the most genuine, kindest people in Texas. I felt so comfortable, looked after, not taken advantage of. I am so happy with my trailer! It is perfect for me. Every time I felt anxious about something regarding the trailer, I just texted Larry and he came right out and helped me. He responded to texts after hours. They have a mini RV park out back to stay in to learn your new RV, which I took advantage of, probably longer than I should have. New question or concern? Larry, Chip, Joshua, any number of people came running out to help me. I had no idea what a great experience this was going to be.
