I had a great experience renting a 15 passenger van from Enterprise. The check in was fast, the agents that assisted me was knowledgeable and professional. My check out was great too I dropped vehicle that night and an agent called me to go over the check out and he was very nice. Can't wait to rent again.

Great customer service. Nyssa and Ashtan are awesome!! I felt appreciated as a customer. Even with a Friday almost closing time, both of them were very nice and patient. This is my go to Enterprise from now on!

We recently rented a minivan, but when we arrived to pick it up, we were advised the minivan needed a new tire and would not be available for our rental. We were given a premium SUV instead. The SUV was much nicer than the van, but didn't have the space we needed. We had to purchase a cargo carrier for the top of the SUV. Enterprise is my go to rental car company because they are always straightforward and they don't hassle you at the counter. The reps are professional and courteous.

I was able to pick up the car the day before without extra charge. That was a nice gesture from the location. The car was clean and worked good the whole time. The only thing that was wrong is that it was low on coolant so I had to buy some but I was reimbursed for the money I spent. Overall a great experience and would rent again from the same place.
