  I needed replacement fly rod sections shipped to New Zealand. The staff were very helpful, the pricing was excellent and everything arrived well packaged. Thank you very much for all the help

  Great rods! We own 3 of these now and they are great rods! As good as, or better than, any higher end rods we own, but what really makes TFO stand out is their customer service and warranty policy. We had a bimini incident on the road and two of our rods were destroyed. A ten weight fly rod was ran over by an SUV, end to end—every eyelet crushed, and every section broken. Only a single section of our 7’ heavy rod was hit but it was the primary section. TFO replaced both rods for the standard replacement fee. No questions asked. This would have cost us over $500 to replace. They stood by their warranty 100%. Respect and loyalty, TFO. Lifetime customers here! TFO forever! ;)

  Only use TFO. Got a few saltwater fly rods, several saltwater rods for Texas, even got 2 travel rods for family trips & they perform perfect. Not a fan of the new blue wish they were black but whatever.

  Fantastic Customer service!!! I have three TFO rods (one fly rod and two three piece travel spinning rods). My son broke the tip off one of my three piece travel rods a week before we were to leave for the Boundary Waters in MN. Chris Ralls at TFO had my rod repaired and back to me in three days. And yes....that is my freshly repaired rod laying on the ground! A small price to pay for a boy addicted to fishing and the out doors. Thank you again for the great service.
