  Reliable even during a pandemic and historic storm
  We first met Gary when he was selling our military neighbors’ home. He coordinated needed upgrades, going above and beyond to make sure they were able to sell their home as quickly as possible after they were deployed.
  
  We called him when it was time to sell our house and buy a new one. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable about the market, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the buying and selling process.
  
  Five years later, it was once again time to sell our house and buy another, we called Gary. It was during the pandemic, and we were concerned because of my health issues. He made us feel very safe, and he made sure the environment at the homes we viewed was also safe.
  
  It was a busy time in the market with very low interest rates, and we were looking for a one story, which is a little harder to find. He made sure we found the right home for us, regardless of the length of time it took us.
  
  We bought and moved into our new house prior to putting our old house on the market to limit our exposure to the virus. During the time our house was for sale, we had an historic snow and ice storm. Gary made sure to call and check on us, our current house, and the one we were selling. He even got out in his Jeep to go over to the house we were selling to make sure everything was OK there.
  
  Gary and Mary combine their years of experience in all aspects of real estate with their determination to ensure we make the best investment in our home, while treating us like family. That’s a powerful combination and the reason we will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family in DFW.

  Gary and Mary are the best in the business. We have trusted them with our past two moves in both the buying and selling of our homes, and we will do so again for sure. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and will fight for everything you are entitled to as a client while maintaining constant communication and updates.   I first talked with Gary one full year before I retired. He met with my wife and I at a local McKinney restaurant. He acted like we had known each other our entire lives. It was a fantastic experience. Instantly, we felt at ease and we both were assured that we had found the right agent. A year quickly came and went when we contacted Gary again. I would point out that during the completion of that one year I had left for retirement, Gary made frequent phone calls to check on our progress. We had to move from California to Texas and he was totally aware of how stressful that was for us. Upon arrival in North Texas, it took 3 months and we were in our home in Melissa Texas. Gary acted extremely professional and he was our mouthpiece in all the negotiations. He did a marvelous job. Now after almost four years, we are still living in Melissa Texas and enjoying our life. Gary was and still is a class act. A man who can be trusted and works very hard on behalf of the customer. I recommend Gary to anyone with complete assurance.
