I have some martial arts training, but is nothing like learning Wing Chun kung fu. I have been training for about 7 months and learned so much more from what I learned from TKD. You learn discipline with Sifu James even tell you. Also physically I use to go to a chiropractor to be adjusted but when I started training in Wing Chun I see and feel that I don't need it.
