    My new Service Advisor Alecander is great. Parkplace always good. Except for a few individuals in their sales department are not so wonderful.

    They are doing an air bag inflator recall on wife's 04 SC430. Got me in a loaner very quick. The service at Park Place Grapvine is 2nd to none
