  Facility is super clean and organized, instruction by Ricardo and his staff are clear, and the after-burn workout only 20 minute but very effective.

  Ricardo is the man. No nonsense HIIT workout. Has weights for each exercise for both men and women. Good cadence. Mixes up the interval stations so you’re always doing something new and fresh. Gives me great ideas for cardio workouts on my own after weightlifting. You won’t regret it!

  Ricardo made me and my team feel right at home when we were in town for a work trip! Custom circuits that have impact in a really efficient amount of time. We look forward to more sessions when we're in town!

  This review is long overdue. I cannot express my gratitude to Ricardo for all the motivation that he gives me and everyone during every single workout. He has such positive energy and a kind spirit, he immediately makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door and that’s daily, it’s not an act, it’s not a front. He is truly a genuine individual. He always makes sure everyone is having a good time while being able to reach their fitness goals. He is such an awesome coach and he takes the time to get to know you as a person not just a number, like those big brand name gyms. If I could give this place 100 stars I would, you know what I can... 100 stars it is :). In addition to Ricardo being awesome, so are the people in the workout classes. It ranges from every fitness level and no matter what level one is, we all show support and encourage each other through our challenging yet fun workouts (if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you). The workout classes are only 30 minutes and Ricardo changes it up daily so you rarely do the same thing back to back. I encourage anyone who is debating on trying this place to give it a try, you won’t regret it. I have never been more excited to workout, especially after a long day of work but now I look forward to working out more than ever before. I not only feel better physically but mentally as well. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!

  Where do I begin? I absolutely love Fit Body Boot Camp! Ricardo is such an amazing coach. He encourages you and gets you pumped up. I’ve always looked for a gym where I have someone encouraging me in a positive way, and Ricardo does just that. I never in my life thought I would look forward to going to the gym, but I definitely look forward to going here. You feel good and you work hard. Plus, the people who workout here are friendly and supportive.
