(November 20, 2020, 9:09 pm)I went into Shoe Palace, Grapevine Mills to purchase a particular pair of sneakers. The sales person Rah did an exceptional job. He had a great attitude and I noticed that every customer he engaged was treated with textbook customer service. If you have a fast track management program, he should be your 1st candidate. The other young man in the store also demonstrated strong customer service.
