I rented in the past two months a van from the Middletown U-Haul. From the service and friendly employees plus easy drop-off, you can not get much better. Thank you very much.

The facility is heated, and electronically controlled, with CCTV. When I opened my door to my locker, there was a brand new lock in the package sitting on the floor. There's also rat, mice, and roach trap. My unit was clean and easy to open and close. The indoor part has a drive in area that's heated and cooled, with large doors for uhaul trucks, or personal vehicles.
This is the best storage facility I've ever seen or personally used.

Store was pretty well kept. It was Sunday afternoon at 6pm that's when it's pretty harsh in there from everyone being their all day. I was able to easily find what I needed. Check out was in the middle of the store which I had a little trouble finding where the line began. Ashley and her co worker were very friendly and helpful in the entrance.

Wowww I had such a great experience there with the lady who helped me, she measured me in order to be able to buy the right fit for me. She was respectful, she gave me tips of how to even wash my brassiere and showed some great models and colors...her name is Dona and I highly recommend her...she knows what customer service means.

Clean and following social distancing. Before walking in an employee will ask you what you are looking for and will guide you to correct spot so you don’t have to touch everything. Check out is my fast!!!

Organized at the front, careful about how many people they let in. No ageism here-a knowledgeable senior employee helped me out. I ended up getting a deal on Bombshell Beach Body Mist, smells so good! Similar to Bath and Body Works Sunshine Mimosa, but I like it better.

Whitney changed my bra game forever! Went in with my sister for the semi annual sale. My sister needed to get sized and Whitney so kindly helped her. I felt no need to get sized but Whitney insisted and little did I know she would change my bra game forever! Turns out I was in the completely wrong size. She gave me all the tips and showed me all the bras that would fit me best. She was the best even at the very end when we were checking out. We need more people like Whitney in this world!!

Storage was clean and well maintained, would definitely store my personal items that this location.
