  We stayed a few nights for a baseball tourney. The rooms were decent and the customer service exceeded our expectations. The vineyard serves a decent breakfast at a decent price. There inside of the hotel is Bonnie and Clydes restaurant, and it was excellent!! The bathrooms were quite small. The cleaning staff was excellent. The sheets we slept on were ripped was the only negative thing I could say.

  Very nice & clean. Staff is very helpful & friendly. I stayed on the first floor so all I had to do is walk down the hall. Other than cleaning the outside of the windows, I would love to come back here!

  This is such a quality, beautiful hotel.
  The guest experience is quite incredible, the amazing amenities are just an added extra. Particularly, Doug, from the workout facility is quite incredible! I have received great customer service in my life, and he is definitely in the top 1% of what makes a guest experience excellent. He’s so attentive, warm, and welcoming! His presence alone deserves a raise!

  I called and asked that my two rooms be placed side by side. The receptionist said she was able to place us as requested. When we got there it was taken care of. We were treated by two of the sweetest receptionist. They told us what was available locally to do. I usually stay at Embassy Suites. This is going to be my new home away from home when I am in this area. The hotel staff was amazing all around. The restaurant was clean. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Every time you pull up someone comes out to greet you and see if you need help. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. I have spent more than 20 nights in hotels in 2019. This was the cleanest and had a class act of a staff. They should give a class on hospitality. I have stayed in other DFW hotels, DC, Virginia, Vegas and, NY this year just to put things into prospective. This place is one of a kind.
