  Mall of Georgia Ford did a great job serving my Ford Mustang. Tune up, cooling system work, oil change tire rotation and battery replacement.
  Checked the car out completely. I appreciate this as it is not a new car. I have been buying car s from this Dealership and having them serviced at Mall of Georgia since 2005 and have never been disappointed.

  Bought a 2017 f250 at a very good price. We haggled a little and I think we settled at a very fair price! Salesman was awesome! Finance dept took care of everything in a very timely manner and got us on our way. Not quite a car max experience but reasonable considering how much time we took looking everything over. Would definitely buy from them again.

  Awesome customer service and everyone was happy to be there. Great environment. And very helpful people. Told me what was wrong, what I needed, and got it done in a timely matter. You won’t be disappointed at mall of Georgia Ford!!

  Went shopping for my 16 year old first car. She was set on a Hyundai, but found a Ford Escape in great condition. The Escape has so many features she would never have on a more expensive brand. It has been 2 months and the Escape has proven to be reliable thus far. Both the car and car buying experience was excellent!

  I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by the staff when I took my car in for an oil change at this location for the first time. Peanut was funny and, unlike other similar businesses, did not make me feel pressured. Timmy truly went above and beyond to help me with my car. I will definitely be coming back for the next oil change!

  Everyone who helped me get into a used F150 was extremely helpful and nice. They even managed to get me a good monthly payment and crazy good interest rate for me being a first time buyer. Thanks to Jessica and Kevin for making this a great experience for me buying my first vehicle!

  The employees here are so nice & helpful! My washer fluid wasn't working properly so I called them. They said they don't normally fix those kind of situations but they would take a look at it. So I brought it in & they fixed it! They were so nice & generous! Y'all have a customer for life!
