    Doc and her staff are really amazing. Attention to detail and timely service. They also contact other specialists and keep records updated with them. Very proactive in service and also accommodate you in case of emergencies without keeping you on hold! A good PCP especially if you need family care!!

    Dr. Shabnam is the best doctor I've ever had! She's very thorough about making sure her patients are properly cared for. The staff is also excellent! This doctor is more than worthy of a 5 Star rating! I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.

    Dr Shabnam is always very professional during my visits and of a particular plus provides a very exacting follow up as you leave. I lost over 68 lbs and no longer need insulin (both long term and short term). I have my diabetes in control and feel great. A12 went from over 9 to a steady 6. I feel great and she definitely knows what she is doing.
    I would recommend her for her knowledge and her abilities to communicate with her patients.

    I love the staff and Dr. Shabnam has an awesome approach to healthcare. She’s not one to just write prescriptions. We discuss my overall health, cause and affect and how we are going to work together as a team. She holds me accountable and celebrates my successes with me. I’m more than a patient, and it shows.
