I have NEVER waited more than a few minutes. So I’m not sure what issue the previous review had ? I have been seeing them for over 5 yrs every three mths. Never once with a problem. They are friendly and efficient. I have visited both offices.
Always timely and great doctors and assistants. Nice snacks in the wait room also. Very quiet and relaxing rooms to wait in. I've been going to this clinic for almost 4 years now and feel like they really care about my managing my glaucoma. I've been to both locations, but mostly to the Ft. Worth office based on traffic conditions where I live. But both locations are nice and parking is easy/free/close to the building. Front desk is quick, efficient and friendly. Followup calls and emails/texts are consistent about appointment reminders. Never had any insurance issues so they have their insurance billing down pat.
