The William Palmer Insurance Agency is truly a customer first company and provide me a great experience. I do not usually write reviews like this, but I had some major issues and challenges that have come up multiple times and they have always taken care of me. I live out of town (Houston Metro) and have plenty of options to choose from in my hometown. We choose William Palmer Insurance because of the customer first mentality and the way the agents specifically take care of you when things get out of hand and you need the support of a real agency to take care of you. Specifically Jordan and Jeremiah confidently have taken upon themselves to resolve any issues that come about and to fight for my family when times get tough. With their industry knowledge and customer service, I feel confident I have nothing to worry about. Thank you William Palmer Insurance and please hire more folks just like these two. They deserve to be recognized.
