    Spent over $4000 on a table set. Table top and chairs all chipped after 8 months. Their warranty took months to respond and are replacing table top but only providing touch up paint for the chairs. They are now also charging over $100 to deliver table replacement. UPDATE: the manager stepped in and took care of us, thanks brett!

    I can’t recommend yard art enough. Sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Selection of the specific item I was looking for appeared to be robust. What really stands out is how hassle free they made the exchange process after I initially selected the wrong sized item. Brought it back, they exchanged it for next size up, didn’t bother to charge me the difference in price! Just shows you it’s customer first with them.
