  Had an issue and was fortunate enough to get an appointment for the next morning, due to a cancellation.
  
  As we all know, colo-rectal issues are embarrassing, uncomfortable, and (can) cause a great deal of anxiety.
  
  Jennifer, at the front desk, was super nice, very friendly, and helpful.
  
  Cynthia, the medical assistant, was EXTRAORDINARY. She made me feel relaxed, calm, and welcomed.
  
  Yashmi, the NP, was also amazing. She was thorough, gentle, and explained the situation.
  
  Hoping to not ever see any of them again, but if needed, they are awesome. I am very happy with how the office is run, the service, and treatment.
  
  I will be back, for my second colonoscopy, in 2025. I hope I won’t see them any sooner. 😂

  I'm not sure I would be here today if it wasn't for Dr Clifford Simmang and his team. He recently removed cancer tumors from my appendix and colon. I was praying before the surgery and when I met Dr Simmang I instantly knew he was a man of faith and I didn't want anyone else operating. He explained everything in detail and then during the colon surgery found the appendix cancer and removed it. After surgery he provided excellent care, explained everything so I could understand what was going on and gave me so much hope. My recover went great and my follow up appointment was virtual since I am not from Texas. On the follow up he explained everything again, answered my questions, looked at my incision, and when I got off the appointment I again felt so much hope. I wish Dr Simmang was in Tulsa so I could keep him on my team.

  A incredibly awesome surgeon. He really makes you feel comfortable with the whole process. Great bedside manner. He really cares and is very knowledgeable. His calm mannerism is reassuring. He explains things thoroughly but in a manner that the layperson understand. He will take all the time you need to be sure you understand what's next. His staff is also great 👍. Going to his office for a appointment. I never had to wait. Everything was always done in a timely manner. The hospital at Baylor Scott Grapevine TX. Was also wonderful. Everyone had a positive can do attitude. Great care and always willing to help with the little things. Food was delicious. I was sad I didn't have much of a appetite because of the surgery. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Simmang and his staff.
  I want to thank you and your staff for everything. Y'all went above and beyond.
