They worked me in last minute after a medical event and a trip to the ED where I left with no answers and temporarily stabilized. They got imaging started that day, and a schedule for further testing for a week later. Dr. D was busy, but patient enough to allow me to address all of my concerns, related or not. The staff were all lovely with me. I went in nervous, worries and with a foggy brain and they were generous with their kindness.
Very impressed how friendly and profesional the staff is. The medical assistant was very kind and caring.
RN Justina was AMAZING!! She took her time to listen to my concerns and asked probing questions to fully get an understanding of my symptoms. She walked me through my options for a treatment plan.

Everyone at Lone Star in Grapevine are so nice. They do absolutely everything to make you as comfortable as possible and are extremely kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Justina, Lupita and JJ and all the wonderful ladies there really make my day. They always remember me since my initial visit (not even my appointment, a family member’s) and have treated me like family since. And Dr. D is amazing. You don’t always come across doctors that care and listen but you can tell Dr. D does. He’s was so patient when I was asking questions, even when my nerves got the best of me (to my embarrassment) he was very empathetic and understanding. He wanted to run all tests necessary to get to the root of any and all issues I have. I feel cared for. Not at all like other doctors with a band aid fix. By far one of the best - if not THE best experience I’ve ever had with any doctor’s office ever. If you need a neurologist, 1,000/10 would highly recommend ❤️
I love Dr. D! He is laid back with the best bed side manner. I can definitely find something wrong with most doctors because of my extensive medical background but not with Dr. D. He listens, explained what I could experience, what I am experiencing, and plans to start treatment. He never rushed me. Listened to my problems, concerns and had me comfortable when I left. Not everyone can be a neurologist. Dr. D has a gift and I know is a blessing to those under his care.
My nurse that tended to me with the first round of test was exceptional! She made it very pleasant and we had good conversation. She is a real plus for your organization. If I come back I hope she is the one that takes care of me. Dr was great too.
