Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas

Our cat stayed at this facility for 2 nights after a high risk surgery at the surgery center next door. I felt confident in all of the vets I came in contact with. They were all very caring, some more than others. I did not feel that they tried to rip us off money wise in any way, and did only what they felt was necessary for the care of our cat. In fact, our cat wasn't eating that great so instead of keeping him there longer, they wanted to try to send him home to see if he would eat- and he did. Yes it is expensive- what animal ER vet isn't? Our situation was an emergency surgery, so our stress level was very high. I felt confident that our cat was getting quality care based on the communication from the vets. They were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions even let us go by and see him on the second night, which they aren't supposed to do. . The front desk staff was also knowledgable and extremely friendly. I was never in the dark about how my pet was doing and felt that everyone involved cared. I would take my cat back here, and I would recommend it to anyone else.

I almost don't know where to begin. Everyone at Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas that worked with us were fantastic! From each of the doctors, nurses, technicians, administrators, etc. I just can't articulate how thankful we are for each and every one of them! Everyone was so patient, caring, informative and really made this unfortunate incident as calming and smooth as I believe it possibly could of been. Thank you all! This is a special group of people here and we'll be forever grateful for all of them!

I had a terrible situation with my little dog who had bleeding diarrhea. I had made 2 appointments with a local vet who canceled on me after arrival (due to too many clients). At 1am I was desperate. The Staff were WONDERFUL. The Vet gave immediate care-- presented me with 2 plans of action. I selected the plan I could afford and my dog was better almost instantly.... the staff were WONDERFUL!! I would recommend to anyone in need of great pet care.

We accidentally backed over a alligator snapping turtle and brought him here to get fixed up and re-released. I'm glad that we have amazing kind people willing to help our wildlife when accidents occur, they were informative and kind to talk to. They gave this little guy to help he needed and they are very passionate about helping the Little tinker out. Much love to you 🐢

Excellent care for my guinea pig. Very thorough exam and treatment for a very reasonable exam fee. I drove over 45 minutes to visit this hospital even though there were others closer to me, just because I felt confident my guinea pig would get the best possible care after hours. Thank you for taking care of Bunny!
