Service King Collision Grapevine

GREAT experience! Wow, I didn’t expect this service to turn out so incredible! In the past I’ve used private auto body service companies because I didn’t trust larger businesses. That’s not the case with this location of Service King. The people were so nice, so down to earth so helpful - on time - very professional! Danny who explained everything to me - when I picked my car up was amazing he acted like it was his own vehicle he went into every detail of the repair and how to care for the new body work. Any questions I had he answered them fully it’s just amazing!!! I thought it was too good to be true. But it’s not! Needless to say, I highly recommend them!

I took my Toyota to Grapevine Service King for collision repairs. They went above and beyond what was needed and returned my car returned my car in record time. Danny kept me informed every step of the way. Should I need their services again, I will not hesitate to use this location. Great Job!!

Every step of the way Service King was very communicative with me. I received text message updates and could call them any time with questions. Their work was very detailed and I feel comfortable it was done correctly. The process was as about as easy as it can get when turning in your vehicle to have repairs done. After being the target of a driver who wasn’t paying attention, my passenger side was trashed. Service king did a great job of putting Humpty Dumpty back together again in the right amount of time that they told me and I’m very pleased with the results. It was easy to work with them from a service standpoint and also because they were partnered with my insurance company, so that just made it simple. I would definitely recommend working with this collision shop. I hope I don’t have to again, but if I find myself in a situation I would definitely go back.
